• Account information: your name, email address, and business details when you sign up or invite team members.
• Scheduling data: shifts, roles, time-off requests, and employee profiles you create in the app — this is your business data, and you own it.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: basic, anonymized analytics about how the app is used so we can fix bugs and improve the product.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the service (accounts, schedules, billing, support), to communicate about your account, and to improve lunedì. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share employee data with advertisers.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run lunedì (hosting, authentication, payments, email), each bound to protect it. We disclose information if required by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited and logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your business data with the care it deserves.

Your rights

You can export or delete your business data at any time by writing to info@getlunedi.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

We will post any changes here and update the date above. Continued use of lunedì after changes means you accept the updated policy.
