These terms govern your use of lunedì at getlunedi.com and app.getlunedi.com ("the service"). By creating an account, you agree to them. Contact: info@getlunedi.com.

The service

lunedì provides staff scheduling tools: employee profiles, shift building, time-off requests, publishing, and related features. We may update or improve features at any time.

Your account

You must provide accurate signup information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including accounts you create for your team members.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed per location, per month, in USD. Current pricing is published at getlunedi.com.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• Adding locations mid-cycle adjusts your subscription quantity with proration.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and only for your own business scheduling. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other customers' data, or resell access without permission.

Your data

You own your business data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
